In many business environments, managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with ongoing business goals can be challenging.
Some businesses want to keep an eagle’s eye view on everything; looking forward to the next lead or opportunity, planning and projecting forward, and keeping an eye on strategy at all times. Others keep a worm’s eye view, with a ‘business as usual’ approach.
And some businesses do both.
In high-functioning workplaces with savvy, trained staff, juggling both is more common than you think. While balancing a forward-thinking approach with day-to-day needs, many businesses can get distracted from their larger goals.
This is where our SalesFix Customer Success Program comes in.
We have developed a customer centred program to provide a new, proactive service in conjunction with ongoing support. We can review and improve your existing processes, align business efficiency planning with a tech roadmap and report to help you better understand how your Salesforce platform works in your organisation, ensuring you are getting a good return on your investment.
How does the Salesfix Customer Success Program work?
We know that no two organisations are the same. That’s why we offer three levels of support within the SalesFix Customer Success Program. Each provides a tailored mix of services, so you can choose the option that best aligns with your business needs and budget:
SalesFix Assist
A flexible, short-term solution for ad-hoc Salesforce needs. Whether you need support with reactive incident management, admin tasks, training, or minor enhancements, SalesFix Assist is ideal for addressing small-scale issues or projects as they arise. With a minimum engagement of two days (16 hours) and a six-month expiry, it’s a great way to access expert help when you need it.
SalesFix Plus
Designed for organisations seeking consistent, reliable support over a 12-month period. SalesFix Plus integrates with your internal team to provide long-term solutions that go beyond quick fixes. It includes incident and problem management, incremental enhancements, training, security advice and strategic planning sessions twice a year. A minimum commitment of six days (48 hours) per quarter helps ensure stability and growth.
SalesFix Optimise
Our most comprehensive option, SalesFix Optimise is a high-level support program that acts as an extension of your leadership team. In addition to all the features of SalesFix Plus, this program focuses on strategic alignment, regular planning and continuous improvement to ensure your Salesforce environment evolves with your business.
