KEY DATES FOR WINTER '26
Flow Builder & Automation Enhancements
Compare Flow Versions
Admins and developers can now compare different versions of the same Flow side-by-side, making it easier to spot changes, debug issues, and streamline governance. Previously, you compared flow versions manually or even sifted through hard-to-read XML files. You can compare flow versions in autolaunched, scheduled-triggered, platform event-triggered, and record-triggered flows.
Modernized Debug Experience in Flow Builder
In-Canvas Debugging: Debug directly within Flow Builder using a collapsible panel on the left, keeping both configuration and debug output visible, no more pop-ups!
Improved Data Handling: View formatted data collections clearly in the debug view, simplifying element inspection and logic validation.
New Action Hub in Automation App
A new “Action Hub” tab appears in the Automation app. Search for the standard and custom invocable actions available in your org using the new Action Hub tab in the Automation app. You can search the full list or apply a filter. Select an action to view its details and every flow or process where the action is used. It currently has limited functionality in early previews, but we think it’s a promising area for upcoming enhancements.
Enhanced Screen Flow Controls
Preview Style for Screen Flows: Allows you to preview how screen flows will look in different (non-standard) themes, useful for branded experiences.
Warning/Error Indicators: Visual alerts appear on unfinished or misconfigured flow elements directly in the canvas for quick identification of issues.
AI-Driven Decision Elements
Use generative AI to drive your decisions. Access new records without having to use a Get Records element. Flows can now use simple prompts to let AI (powered by Einstein) make branching decisions dynamically, removing the need for manual condition configuration.
Email Address Collections and Lists in One Recipient Field
You can now combine email address collections and individual addresses in the same recipient field with Send Email action version 2.0.1. The address list and collection inputs for each recipient type, recipient, CC, and BCC addresses are grouped into a cleaner, more organized layout. The recipient inputs now support multi-select, combining text collections and individual text email addresses. Previous versions, which you can switch to, have separate input fields for the address list and address collection.
Hyperforce Expansion & Security Improvements
Hyperforce Expansion
With Hyperforce available in 17 countries, Salesforce empowers you with greater flexibility and control over where your data lives. Read the release note below to see what clouds and products have recently expanded into new Hyperforce regions.
Encrypt Your Database With Salesforce Database Encryption (Generally Available)
Salesforce Shield helps you build extra levels of trust, compliance, and governance directly into your business-critical apps. You can encrypt entire orgs on Hyperforce with Salesforce Database Encryption. Previously released in beta, Database Encryption is now generally available.
Agentforce Sales Coach
Scenario Preview & Validation (Role-Play Mode)
Sales managers can now preview and validate coaching scenarios before rolling them out. This enables testing of feedback flows in a simulated runtime environment to ensure accuracy and effectiveness prior to deployment
Multilingual Coaching Feedback
Agentforce Sales Coach now supports delivering coaching sessions in the user’s preferred language, based on the settings in their Salesforce profile. This enhancement ensures coaching is personalized and accessible to global sales teams.
