New Case Management Platform Aims to Reduce Case Overload and Nix Long Waitlists
A new digital case management platform ‘CaseMate’ has been released by Australian company SalesFix. CaseMate aims to reduce the large administrative burden faced by advocates and case workers across the Not-For-Profit sector.
CaseMate is focused on providing all the features needed to effectively run a human support organisation. As it is based on the Salesforce platform, CaseMate users can expect world-leading enterprise level security, integration with almost any other software, and all sensitive data stored locally in Australia.
- Up and running in as little as 4 weeks
- Stand-alone; can grow to include more functions and tools as funds allow
- Reporting for every program and all funding streams built-in, including DEX and SCORE
CaseMate is the result of combined decades of experience in the Not-For-Profit sector. SalesFix has worked on thousands of Salesforce projects and has vast experience helping organisations build functional and practical solutions that save staff time and makes reporting and forecasting easy.
“This solution is for the people who help people – those in the not-for-profit space working in advocacy, disability, fundraising and volunteer arenas. We’ve developed CaseMate as a helping hand to make the vital and important work they do for our communities go further” says Nicole Aebi-Moyo, SalesFix For Purpose Practice Lead.
