You’re not boxed into a piecemeal platform and can adjust, add to and modify the base structure with minimal faffing about. Just about anything can be integrated into CaseMate, so the beauty lies in you being able to choose the best configuration for your organisation.

Oh yeah. If your organisation needs to upload into DEX, you can easily export data from CaseMate as an XML file, with the associated codes already built in. Australian customers will only ever have data stored in Australian Data Centres. Salesforce maintains strict compliance with every major recognised certification relating to security and offers organisations best practice security features such as two-factor authentication (2FA), login ranges, trusted IPs and user permission privilege options.
