    • Software Upgrades – What a Drag? Or Are They?

      I’m sitting on a flight from BNE to MEL thinking about all the exciting things coming up.

      • Meeting with a music body who wants to be more ‘contemporary’ – they are going to achieve this with the support of a great team at 9Strategic and our team at SalesFix.
      • Meeting with a great customer and their marketing agencies Reborn and Datarati to discuss their new microsite that has just been launched and what they plan for the next quarter.
      • Flying to the UK to help an existing client’s team go live with Salesforce and also meeting another couple of other European based customers while I’m there to discuss how they can get more out of their existing Salesforce CRM implementation.

      I’m so excited and it is a relief that we, at SalesFix, don’t have to worry about software upgrades. We don’t have to worry about how the Salesforce1 platform that all these customers rely on.

      Why? Because we know that salesforce.com® does all the upgrades and does a fantastic job of it! Salesforce.com has three major releases every year and they are released seamlessly! That means, our customers get all the benefits and none of the headaches associated with software upgrades.

      The salesforce.com Winter ’14 Release Notes are available for download but if you don’t have the time to read and digest all 310 pages, why not come along to your local user group meeting? We hope to see you there.
