We’ve grown exponentially by 50% each financial year, employed even more fantastic staff, which means we now have 10 certified staff from a total staff base of 15.
We are proudly one of only 3 Gold Partners in Australia and we have a total of 56 certificates between us.
As a result in 2016, SalesFix was awarded Gold Partner status with Salesforce.
One of only 3 in Australia, this Gold Partner status has been earned by our continuing dedication to provide excellent service to our customers and continually keeping up-to-date with the Salesforce platform. It was only made possible by the fantastic, certified team of individuals working for SalesFix, and I feel very lucky to be working with such a dedicated team.
The Gold Partner status follows up our Silver Partner status awarded in 2015. At the time, Salesforce introduced a new Partner Value Score (PVS) to the Salesforce community, based on a number of key elements: revenue, knowledge (or certifications) and customer service.
These elements determine higher levels of Salesforce partnership around the world.
