      Our start times and finish times are dependent on our customers; we don’t have a time clock. Commitment to the business is essential, however having a flexible work environment allows staff to not feel they are being torn in different directions eg work/home/children’s events/social etc. Work from home, office or customer site. Every day will be dependent on what you need to get done.
